1 Graduation, 2 Weddings, and 61 hours in a truck.

This summer has been extremely busy for us!

On May 29th John graduated from USAFA and became a 2nd Lieutenant. Here are some pics from his Grad Week

After the Organizational Awards parade

John's dad got to swear him in at his commissioning ceremony

John surprised me on the day of his commissioning by asking me to help his mom pin on his LT bars. It was one of the most special moments ever.

He did it!

After his graduation we stayed in Colorado for a few days for John's former roommate's wedding

In Evergreen, Colorado where John's friend got married. It was so beautiful

Then we started the roadtrip. Colorado to Oklahoma. Oklahoma to Texas. Texas to Florida.

First leg of the roadtrip

When we stopped in Paris, TX

When John finally got home to Florida

We got to spend plenty of time playing  on the beach in Florida.

Then we went back to Oklahoma to see our best friends get married. Congrats 2nd LT and Mrs. Corey Swartz

After the wedding John went to Europe with some of his academy friends for 3 weeks. They went to Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. I'm totally jealous that he got to go while I stayed at home and worked

John came back from Europe earlier than planned and surprised me while I was at work (sadly no pics of the surprise). We got plenty of lake time in with our friends.

John learned to paddle board and apparently he liked it cause he is now the owner of the paddle board haha.

He also leaned to wake board. I was pretty proud, he had two great runs on his first day of wake boarding

Then we started the trip to Florida again. We're getting pretty good at this whole roadtrip thing.

This is when we stopped in Texas to visit John's family.

Now we're back in Florida! Tomorrow we start our last trip of John's 60 days. He is taking me to Disney World for my birthday.

Thanks for reading everyone! I can't wait to update you on our Disney adventures and Johns big move to Columbus! :)
